The posts under the Food category are about the inside to the outside of your body being clean and strong and and how you can live with the lowest risk of illness and disease alongside looking the best you can. It is about having a slim yet strong body and being able to have fun eating, not feeling deprived and not feeling guilty. Under the Food blogs I will provide recipes, tips to weight loss and superfoods. I will talk about veganism and and vegetarianism but I will not ignore meat eaters – instead I will guide on how to eat ethically and how to source the best products.
