There are a range of soba noodles you can get from Amazon or any supermarket including wholewheat or brown rich. They can be quite in the cupboards for a million years without going out of date and they cook in 8 minutes. Chargrill broccoli under the grill having drizzled it with oil, and a sprinkle of garlic and salt. You can get marinated tofu or you can marinate it yourself but try to get gluten free soy sauce if you can. Pan fry the tofu in a small pan. Put all the ingredients together and you can also add spinach or pak choi and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Oh and pickled red cabbage can make it very tasty too – available from the jar vegetables in supermarkets.
